Customer Excellence

This is Dennis, a Commercial Operations Manager in Aurizon’s Customer and Strategy team, and the recipient of our 2016 Customer Excellence Award.

Dennis commenced with Aurizon in late 2014 as a Senior Analyst in the Commercial Pricing team, before progressing into a role as Commercial Advisor.

Prior to joining the Company, he worked at a top professional services consultancy on the implementation of Major Business Projects.

In his current role, Dennis leads a team that provides commercial and analytical support to the Intermodal businesses. He enjoys the fast paced environment at Aurizon and working with high calibre team to improve the business.

Dennis was honoured to win the Individual Customer award at Aurizon’s Excellence Awards and to be acknowledge out of all the potential candidates. Aurizon’s Employee Excellence Awards recognise the highest achievers from almost 6,000 employees who work for Australia’s largest rail and freight company.
