Existing Customers

The Customer Online portal provides authorised customer access to the Coal and Bulk order management portals. From the respective portals, customers can place and update orders, view train performance and usage reports and billing information.

The Network page of Customer Online allows customers to access Network information, performance reports, system closure information and key safety advice. It also provides access to contracts, billing information, and online forms.

Access train vehicle consignment details including live train tracking and timetables.

Freight Online is available for all WA controlled trains and Eastern states traffic (excluding Intermodal trains).
