This portal provides authorised Coal and Bulk customers access to place and update orders, view train performance, usage reports and billing information.
Network Customer portal
This portal provides authorised CQCN customers access to Network information, performance reports, system closure details, safety advice, contracts and billing.
Freight Online
Access train consignment details, live tracking, and timetables. Freight Online covers WA controlled trains and Eastern states traffic (excluding Intermodal trains).
Rail-Flow Customer portal
