About the role:

This Business Improvement Analyst role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in financial and operational analysis, cross discipline collaboration and a drive to improve decision making, efficiencies and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Assist with all aspects of management of the Bulk Central access regimes.
  • Analyse data to support business decision making and ongoing business improvement, generating detailed reports.
  • Prepare and present reports that include thorough analysis, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, including the provision of commentary.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather, interpret, and model information that supports business deliverables.
  • Refine and maintain financial, operational, and regulatory models using ongoing research and development.

About you: 

We are looking for an experienced business analyst who embodies a strong grasp of business insight, effective communication skills, a customer-focused approach, adeptness in managing complexity, and a strategic mindset. You should also:

  • Demonstrate advanced experience in analytical, research and problem-solving skills to provide value adding solutions and recommendations.
  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration, skilfully gathering, interpreting, and modelling information to support business objectives and deliverables.
  • Exhibit expertise in computer and software skills, facilitating streamlined operations and data management.
  • Have a proven track record in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or business or possess equivalent demonstrated experience.
