About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join our Bulk Central Finance team. This role focuses on financial business partnering and analysis, providing insights that drive performance, efficiencies, and business growth. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial oversight and governance, ensuring the sound financial standing of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring functional outcomes and financial performance indicators.
- Providing guidance and support on financial matters such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare and present reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between finance and operational objectives.
- Willing to engage in end-to-end finance tasks including but not limited to journal entries, reconciliation, and purchase order creation. We believe in a collaborative work environment where every team member contributes to the success of the organisation at all levels.
About You
We’re looking for a self-motivated finance professional with a passion for business improvement and strategic decision-making. You will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline (mandatory)
- Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) (mandatory).
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience collaborating across disciplines to drive business performance.
- Experience in a logistics / heavy industry environment
- SAP and Power BI experience (highly regarded).
